National Telecommunications Company
A national telecommunications company was looking to replace their current facility maintenance software. They chose FM:Systems FMS:Workplace as the replacement solution. We worked with the client to understand their current needs, workflows and future desired capabilities. The implemented solution includes Space Management, Facility Maintenance modules and a Mobile solution. The client continues to grow their system by adding sites, users and new capabilities.
Large Federal Agency
A large Federal Agency was looking for a Space Management solution. We assisted them in selecting the solution that fit their needs, was expandable and easy to use. The initial implementation included only the Washington, DC headquarters which is a historic, nearly 2 million square foot, historic building. During the time this agency has been a client they have gone through a major renovation after which we performed a space survey to update and validate their floor plans and data. They have expanded their use of the solution to include move management and parking management to provide better data to their leadership.
Large Federal Agency
During a total building renovation a large federal agency chose to implement a reservation solution. In addition to assisting with the implementation we performed reservation device installation. This included meeting room panels and desk reservation devices from Embrava. In total over 3,000 devices were installed, tested and brought on line.
